Bird Sightings, April 21, 2007

Sharon and John Harbaruk report seeing many Savannah Sparrows, between Fingal and the Lakeview Road, seeming to be everywhere they stopped.

They also stopped to check out the Redtail nest on the Fingal Line, just before the turn south at Wallacetown, to go to the Eagle's nest. There was a Redtail on the nest last week, before the storm, but could not see one today! They will check again in a few days.

Other than that there were lots of Vultures and a flock of Cormorants. Also sighted one Cooper and one Northern Harrier, lots of Flickers too.
